When paying my bill the server ask what do I want to do with my change I asked what does that mean he said he didn't know ask his manager she said she didn't know what does it mean begging for change I don't know?
Great service! Bummed my mom and I had to sit in the bar at lunch. Since I called in prior to coming to put our name on a reservation list. When I asked about it the waitress said we have to seat people who walk in...well then why did I call????Anyway lunch was great. I had a bacon guacamole burger with grilled chicken patty. I suggest it to anyone. And always a plus to have never ending fries...😀😀😀😀
MoreFood got delivered and was ice cold. The burgers and fries and onion rings where very very cold. This isn't the first time that we've had bad food from here. And my daughter's chicken sandwich is very under cooked. Not happy
MoreBefore shut down delivery was terrible. Cold food, forgotten drinks, wrong customizable toppings...And I had given up after 2 tries.A week ago decide to try again. Thankfully they stepped up their game. Delivery was fast, food was still warm and nothing forgotten. It was as close to being at the restaurant as possible right now. Great Job!However today I tried to order just after 8:30pm. Website says they are open till 9pm. After entering order I tried to pay. This is where it fell apart. Site says I was unable to pay due to being closed. What? It’s only 8:40... I call the restaurant and they say they stop orders at 8:30!!! THEN YOU ARE NOT OPEN TILL 9!! If you stop taking orders at a certain time then you “close” at the time orders are not being taken. AKA 8:30.... What’s the point of saying you are open when I can’t order and why was I not told BEFORE I wasted my time deciding on what to get and ordering it??Therefore only 3 stars.
MoreWorst Red Robin experience I have ever had. It took 30 minutes to be seated and that’s fine, we understood it was a busy night. However, it then took 20 minutes for the waitress to even acknowledge our existence and we watched her check in with every table around us multiple times. When she finally came up she didn’t introduce herself or anything, just said “What do you want?” while staring at the phone that she types our order into. No eye contact. She took half my order then looked and asked my bf for his and he was like “um I don’t think she’s done, she’d like food too”. Unbelievably rude. Then we never saw her again. Never got a refill on any bottomless item. Will not be back to this location. Save your money please

MoreGood food but their curb side service needs a lot of work in order to prevent botched orders and cold food.Update: Red Robin has, from my experiences, greatly improved their curbside service. And their food has been constantly great. I'm Increasing my rating to 4 stars.
MoreWe always seem to have an issue when we order from this location, but it is the closest Red Robin and we like the food.

MoreGood service at this location. Good food and great cold beers. Decent parking lot and clean environment. I really recommend this place to come and have a good time. There's a little wait but not bad at all.
MoreMy family and I love this restaurant the burgers were so delicious and they also accept all sorts of coupons for example, 20% percent of the whole bill, 35% of the delivery, and the cool one is 50% percent of expensive burgers like get 1 free. So the deals are actually amazing I hope it would have even more delicious burgers.
